We offer instrumental tuition to everyone, generally from the age of 7 yrs upwards, with the  opportunity to join the training band once you've mastered some basic skills. Why not get in touch with us to see what we can offer you. 

You or your child will get the opportunity to try out different brass instruments with one of our expert music teachers who will be able to recommend a suitable instrument for you. We offer the first month free while you see if this is something that you would like to do. We are able to provide an instrument on loan whilst a member of the band, as well as any uniform that you may need when playing in concerts with the Training Band.

At our Training Band ensemble session on a Thursday evening, we have professional music teachers and members of the band on hand to help you discover the fun of playing an instrument in a band.

This is a fabulous opportunity to meet other band members, get answers to any questions you or they may have, see what instruments they like, and begin a journey in learning to play a brass musical instrument. in the Barton Community Band Training Section.
